Indeed.com peruses through job openings across North America to spot the fastest-growing job categories.

The skill mentioned most often in ads these days is “HTML5″ - the fastest growing term over the last year. Placing second is “Mobile app,” followed by “Android.”

Interestingly, “cloud computing” and “virtualization” round out the top 10 as well. Note in the charts, pasted below, how HTML5 went from nothing just 18 months ago, while virtualization demand has been gradually climbing over the past five years.
