Apple has paid compensation to a South Korean over the iPhone tracking scandal that came to light earlier this year.
Apple fixed the iPhone tracking issue back in April but that hasn’t stopped people from turning to lawyers to seek cash justice for being tracked.
The first case to come to a head is that of Kim Hyung-suk. Apple Korea has been ordered to pay him 1 million won ($946) in compensation. A Korean law firm is now preparing to follow-up with a class-action lawsuit against Apple.
There’s a similar legal case against Apple making its way through the US legal system.
